ISRO chief outlines India’s ambitious plan for 12 missions in 2024 for new year after successful launch of XPoSat

ISRO News: After the successful launch of the first mission, X-ray Polarimeter – EXPOSat satellite, ISRO Chairman commented about the ambitious plan to launch 12 space missions in 2024. A press conference after the launch in Sriharikota, Bengaluru

If it is not going well then there may be repercussions. Otherwise, we are getting ready for at least 12-14 missions,” Somnath was quoted as saying by ANI.

Aditya L-1 and Gaganyaan Missons

On the question of progress on Aditya L-1, the senior space scientist said this year the focus will be on preparations for Gaganyaan and India’s first solar probe will reach the Lagrange point on January 6.
