As per information shared by the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), it has been stated, “CM Yogi has attained the top position among Chief Ministers and secured the third position among Indian politicians in terms of followers on the X platform.”

In terms of total followers, Yogi Adityanath’s personal handle (@myogiadityanath) has crossed the milestone of 27.4 million, making him the chief minister with the highest number of followers, surpassing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.

Estimating Chief Minister Yogi’s popularity on social media can be inferred from surpassing Congress MP Rahul Gandhi and Samajwadi Party leader Akhilesh Yadav in terms of engagement.

In the press release issued by the CM’s office, it was stated, “Especially, Yogi Adityanath’s social media reach is significantly higher with sequentially 24.8 million and 19.1 million followers on platforms compared to prominent figures like Rahul Gandhi and Akhilesh Yadav.”

Yogi Adityanath’s private office account (@YogiOffice), in addition to his personal account, also garners significant attention, with over 10 million followers. According to the advertisement, this account, initiated in January 2019, has become the largest personal office account in the country.

Chief Minister Yogi’s decisive leadership and impactful decisions have not only earned him immense popularity but also influenced other state governments to take stern measures against criminals, referred to as the ‘Yogi Model.’
