A few days after meeting the Prime Minister, the Congress party dismissed Pramod Krishnam for 'indiscipline, repeatedly making statements against the party.'

Based on complaints of ‘indiscipline and repeatedly making statements against the party,’ Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge approved the proposal of the Uttar Pradesh Congress Committee on Saturday (February 10) to immediately expel Pramod Krishnam from the party for six years.

This step was taken after Krishnam recently met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and invited him to lay the foundation stone for the Kalki Dham in Sambhal on February 19.

What led to his expulsion?

“I am honored to have the privilege of inviting the successful Prime Minister of India, respected Shri Narendra Modi ji, to the foundation stone-laying ceremony of ‘Shri Kalki Dham,’ scheduled for February 19th. Grateful and thankful from the heart for accepting this invitation. @PMOIndia.” This was posted by Krishna before.”

“After meeting the Prime Minister, Krishna criticized Rahul Gandhi, stating that he stays busy and interacts with others ‘very little’.”

“He said, ‘It took me 4-5 days to meet Prime Minister Modi… Rahul Gandhi stays busy… perhaps he (Rahul Gandhi) feels that meeting him (PM Modi) is a waste of time…'”

Krishnam is recently making comments in favor of ‘Sanatan Dharma’ and the Ram Temple, praising PM Modi on various occasions. In recent days, he has also criticized the Congress, including their strategy for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

“While on one hand, all political parties are gearing up for the 2024 elections, on the other hand, the entire Congress party is engaged in political tourism, traveling. In reality, we will find out how the 2024 election is won after 2024. It seems like we are preparing ourselves for the 2029 elections. If we were preparing for 2024, it wouldn’t be like this,” he said.

Krishnam attacks Opposition’s bloc

Krishnam had earlier stated that there was no such thing as the INDI alliance while attacking the opposition’s I.N.D.I.A block, and his last rites were performed in Patna with a meeting convened by Nitish Kumar last year.

He said, “I believe that there is no such thing as the India alliance. As soon as the India alliance was formed, it suffered from various ailments and went into ICU. Later, Nitish Kumar performed their last rites in Patna.”

Congress leaders: Acharya Pramod Krishnam expressed disdain for some Congress leaders towards Lord Rama and the word ‘Hindu,’ launching an attack on his own party.

After the DMK MP’s ‘cow urine’ remark, Pramod Krishnam’s ‘bull’ analogy in I.N.D.I.A hints at a crack in the alliance.
